Health scientists did a research and got an analytical conclusion in this direction. They knew that it is certain that better data gives better predictions. For their study, they focused on 3,600 people between the ages of 50 and 80.
They monitored people continuously to see who died and who lived during the original time period. Their physical activities were recorded continuously, and they also observed how many of them were taking the traditional risks that were known to invite death, i.e., what health-killing activities they were doing in their daily lives. For this, 14 such good and bad factors, i.e., their 14 such good and bad habits, were recorded.
For a complete assessment, basic demographic information (age, sex, body mass index, race or ethnicity, educational level), lifestyle habits (alcohol consumption, smoking), pre-existing medical conditions (diabetes, heart disease, congestive heart failure, stroke, cancer, mobility problems) etc. of these people were used as the basis for assessment before and during the research.
In the end, the conclusion of this research by health scientists was that people who walked more lived longer or in other words, those who walked more were moving towards a longer life, and those who walked less or lived less, died sooner and those who did not walk died even earlier. This means that if you do not walk towards life, you will walk towards death. That means you will have to walk!
